Below is a questionnaire I constructed and intended to be my primary method of research. However, I showed an iteration of questionnaire to a workshop to be reviewed by my tutorial group and others before sending it to potential participants. The feedback from my colleagues was overwhelmingly that it could come across as auditing the quality of my colleagues programmes. This was the opposite of how I wanted to come across, as I wanted to create a space for open and organic conversations.

Below is the Mentoring resource that I developed as a result of the research undertaken for this project. Version 1 was sent to two of the participants originally interviewed to review and provide their feedback on, given their expertise and understanding of the project aims.
